F-5 / T-38 Anti-Collision Beacon Light

As a form, fit, and function replacement for the current, low-reliability, rotating beacon light, Interface's Anti-Collision Beacon Light is the next generation in aviation lighting. The unit's MTBF is over 25,000 hours, and there are no rotating parts. The light consists of four LED arrays and produces a programmable flash rate.

Covert/Overt LED Position Lights

Interface's LED position light installation set consists of three lights: red on the left side of the aircraft, green on the right side, and white on the tail. Designed for use on both fixed wing and rotary aircraft, this cover/overt light set is a form, fit, and function replacement for existing incandescent light sets. The design utilizes the single-wire connection and footprint of the current installation, and decodes the covert/overt signal from the crew station switch. Utilizing LED technology provides a higher MTBF of 50,000 hours and low-maintenance operation.

A-10 Covert/Overt LED Landing/Taxi Light

The LED landing/taxi light is a covert/overt replacement for the existing A-10 aircraft light, preserving the size and shape of the original light. The design includes covert/overt operation selection via a cockpit switch, as well as LED technology, which provides higher MTBF and low-maintenance operation. The light can also be tailored for other platforms.

Covert/Overt Anti-Collision Helicopter Light

This light is an integrated visible/IR light utilizing LED technology that replaces the existing rotating beacon and IR ring on a helicopter. The unit provides a universal mounting ring that supports multiple aircraft versions. The LED technology provides an MTBF of over 25,000 hours and no moving parts to wear out. In the visible/overt mode, the light is a normal red flashing anti-collision light that is also NVIS-friendly in accordance with MIL-STD-3009. In IR/covert mode, the lights are only visible with Gen III night vision goggles.
